How much time will I have to commit?

Chiropractic can easily fit into your busy lifestyle and schedule.  Here are some facts:

.        Your First Visit (45 min) – to discover the nature of one’s health status – this appointment will typically happen in the middle of the day, but is your longest appointment, and only happens once.  It involves a thorough look at where you are, and where you’d like to get to.

.       Second visit (15-30 min) – to relate the findings of the health status assessment and exam – this visit may include your first adjustment if you are ready to begin the process of getting back to health!

.        Subsequent visits (3-7 min) – adjustments are straightforward; they are applied in repetition to create momentum, permanent change, and to allow the body to express healing better.

In addition:

.        Progress checks are 5-10 min on top of your adjustment visit, to confirm how things are going; these are less than 6 times per year

.        Available before or after a busy work schedule – we understand you might work 9-5, so we work before and after to ensure you don’t feel more stressed about leaving work

.        There are variable lifestyle changes, most of which are not cumbersome or time consuming – little changes, applied consistently, have a greater impact than “cold turkey” quitting of negative habits

.        They are dependent on your individual health status, and desired goals/outcomes

Over time, the frequency of your visits are reduced as your healing and regulating capacity returns, and thus, your health improves.
